We work with trusted third-party couriers and, in some cases, deliver direct from selected suppliers. Wherever possible, we will consolidate your order into a single delivery; however, due to the nature of the products, items may occasionally arrive separately.
Please note that certain products are shipped on pallets, which are delivered kerbside. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange onward handling into the property.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return for a full refund. Due to the size and specialist nature of many of our products, they can be costly to return. For this reason, we encourage you to speak with our team before placing an order to ensure everything is exactly as you need it. Should a return be necessary, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the goods in resaleable condition.
