Your £100 is redeemed in full
Fully refundable until design work begins. Once your design is complete, the £100 is credited against any order over £500 — so when you go ahead, the guidance costs you nothing.

How long will it take?
It depends on the size of the job and how many rooms are involved, so we confirm your timeline once we understand the scope.
Is the fee refundable?
Yes — fully refundable until we begin design work. Once your design is complete it's redeemed against your order rather than refunded.
How accurate will my design be?
Your design is built from the measurements and details you provide, so the more precise those are, the better the result. We'll guide you on what we need, but do double-check your measurements, as we work from the information given.
Do I have to buy afterwards?
No obligation. If you go ahead, your fee comes off the order.
Is it all done remotely?
Yes — the whole service runs online, around your schedule.
